| Welcome to my page! Here I will list my progress as I do Weight Watchers and change my life. I joined WW on January 2, 2002. VERY COOL NEWS!!! I won a contest on www.3aday.org for submitting my weight loss story!! It's for my prize is a gift cert to Spafinders.com and I'm featured on their site! Then the milk peeps called back and said NBC 5 in Chicago wanted to use me as a success story for a segment on dairy and weight loss!! They had also interviewed Dr. Michael Zemel who wrote "The Calcium Key". So Thursday June 9th, I was interviewed by Channel 5's Nesita Kwan! The process took about 4 hours and it aired on Monday June 20th on the 10:00pm news. Here's a link to it: Moo on NBC! Once there, on the left side there's a box called channels. Click on Health Watch and look for the Need Milk story. Pretty freakin cool!! Yaaay! Here's a picture of me in my new GotMilk? shirt they gave me. This shirt is a SIZE MEDIUM!!!! 10/18/05: I am still on CORE! This was week 24!! At my weigh in this week I lost 2.2 which put me at 116# down! I now weigh 195.8!! WOW!! 10/4/05: I came back from NYC and lost 2.0##!!! I'm now 197.6!! Woohoo! 114.2 total!! Creeping up on my next 5# star! 9/29/05: I took a trip to NYC to see some of my great Weight Watcher friends. It was to celebrate my entrance to Onederland!! We also got to celebrate my friend Randi's one year anniversary on WW and her 50## loss! We ate lots of sushi!! I got to hang out in Harlem at the Apollo theater for the day and saw another George Clinton concert. Very cool times! Click here to see the pics. I'm 199.6 in the pics! 9/16-20/05: I got booted from Onederland, then readmitted! 9/6/05: Onederland!! I entered Onederland with a loss of 1.4! I am 198.6 and have lost 113.2##!! Here's my Onederland pictures! 8/9/05: Today I lost 1.2# which puts me at 109.2# down!! It also puts my BMI at 29.9 which is considered to be OVERWEIGHT NOT OBESE!!! My starting BMI was 46.0! 8/2/05: Today I lost .2 at weigh in bringing me to a nice even 108.0# down! 7/30-8/1/05: John Legend Update!! Over the weekend I got the pleasure of spending time with great friends at 2 John Legend concerts. We also got the honor of having a visit by the one n only Mr. John Legend at dinner!! This was my 4th time meeting John and 3rd concert. 7/26/05: I went to NYC this past weekend and went to CoasterFest in NJ and at weigh in today, I MAINTAINED! Still 107.8 down!! Click here to see comparisions of me this week in NYC and in December. 7/19/05: WOW! Today I lost 2.8!! I'm at a new low of 107.8# down!! I weigh 204#!! 7/12/05: UP .8 today! Ohhh well! 7/5/05: Today I lost 3.6#!! The new lowest of the lows! I'm down 105.8#!! Holy freakin cow!!! Click here to see new pictures! 6/28/05: I gained 2.4# today! Yikes! It's ALL good! 6/21/05: I lost 1.4# today!! New lowest low!! Down 104.6#!!! WOW! Here's a new picture of me at work. 6/14/05: I lost 4.6# today!! I'm now down 103.2!!! New lowest weight!! 6/1/05: I lost 5.2# today - week 4 on Core Plan. I am at my LOWEST weight since around 1989/90. I have lost 102.4# on Weight Watchers!!!!! Can you believe it??? I can't! 5/24/05: I gained 1.4# at my weigh in today.. it's ALL good! 5/17/05: I lost 1.2# at my weigh in today! 5.0# down so far on the Core Plan! 5/10/05: Lost 3.8# my first week on the Core Plan! Back down to 97.4 gone! 5/4/05: Today I started the CORE plan! We'll see how it works.. 5/3/05: I lost 1.8# at weigh in. My first loss in 5 weeks!!! 4/8/05: Here's pictures of a dress I wore for a party today. Size 12!! 4/1/05: Totally off topic.. but I got to meet John Legend this weekend. I gained 2.0# tonight which combined with the last few losses and gains puts me back to 96.4# down. I still rock!! 2/22/05: One of my biggest hurdles has been conquered!! Tonight at weigh in I lost 1.2# which puts me at 100.4## lost!! I'm at my lowest weight in who knows how long!!??
